Quark buzzing noise

Has anyone experienced this problem?

I received a Quark 123 for myself anf a Quark AA for my girlfriend today. She was so excited! (I was blessed with a girl who appreciates lights!)

She inserted the AA battery into her Quark and began to cycle through the modes. On the "high" mode,it makes this this loud buzzing noize. I've heard stories of the inductor whining but this was more of a buzz.

Just wondering if anyone has had the same problem as we did. Other than that small issue with the AA, I have fallen in love with the Quark 123!

My Q 123-2 making buzzing noise too, but it was the tail switch.
Put the light by your ear, the buzzing noise come from the tail or the head?
Try a paper clip for a tail cap, if the buzzing noise gone, then it is the switch.

I sawpped tailcaps with my 123. Same buzzing noise!!!!

I just called 4Sevens though, they are replacing the light
