Question about LED driver using Max output.

I have 4 LEDs (2 LEDs- 6.6Vf + 2 LEDs 8.9Vf) that total 31Vf @ .7A and I need to buy a constant current driver for them. This array will consume 21.7 watts. Can I use an LED driver rated at 21W output and 30Vf such as the Meanwell LPC 20-700mA? Or do I need to step up to a larger 35W driver?

I'd step up. Never did care to run something 100%.

You'd also have some headway to add more LEDs in the future if needed.
