Newly Enlightened
Hi all, I have had this Maha model(MH-9000) for 12 years and love using it every time I bring it out , . my question is about one of the functions I am starting to use lately.
I have had two AA Eneloop (HR-3UTG) batteries that charge up to 1300 mAh only. unlike my other ones that go up to1800mah. so I remember reading a few posts here from 2009 -2010 that one sure way to revive them is to discharge them first , then use the "break in" mode, I did this to one battery and about 40 hours later it was back to 1850mah.
Yesterday I put the second one in using the same break in mode, it has been stuck on REST mode for hours, is this rest mode supposed to take that long? I never paid attention to the other one so I can not compare or determine if it is part of the function, do you think 6 hours is ordinary for this rest feature to stay on? or is the battery near the end of it's life.
I appreciate all your thoughts and comments.
Thanks.
Ken.
