Question on dbs v3

Hello just a question about the dbs v3 r2 im not sure if its the xp-g or xr-e or does the r2 tell me that probably the older of the 2 great thrower ive had it maybe a year now its 3 stage with h/m/l outputs but im wondering if its possible to use it with an extension tube i currently run it using 1 18650 but will 2 be to much power it ?

I also have the dbs v3 with the 3sm mc-e pill, op reflector and extension tube so thats why i ask.

If you're running it on 1 18650, it's most likely a 3SD pill which would mean no, 4.2 volts max.

The SD pills are ok to 4.2v, and the SM pills typically to 9.0v, although the single stage SM pill can handle up to 16v.
