Yesterday I scored an unused, unopened mint in package Brinkmann flashlight on ebay. It is made of ABS and takes 3 D batteries. The model number is 820-1083-0. It is listed on the Flashlight Museum, and that said site indicates that it was made in 1980. Their dates are not always accurate. While waiting for it to arrive in the mail, I am curious about what bulbs does it take? What country was it made in? How well does it perform? I've read mixed opinions about it online but they were few and far between.
Also there is another Brinkmann flashlight I had as a child that was black plastic ran on 2 AA batteries had a Krypton bulb and a glow in the dark bezel that one would twist to turn on and off. I cannot find any information on it at all and I was wondering if anyone else remembers it. It was in stores ~1996-1998...
Can anyone give some assistance?
