Has anyone discovered any Ra Twisty easter eggs?

I had mine do something sort of strange that I can not yet reproduce. While trying to enter customization mode, I removed the battery compartment, waited my 60 seconds then went to reassemble the light. It did it's normal 1 second of light, but then I slipped, the threads didn't catch so I quickly assembled the light again getting another 1 second of light, but then when I turned it on low light started ramping UP instead of down. It went throw 5 or 6 brightness levels then turned off. It was similar what the NovaTac does when you make a selection to turn one of the features on. I have no idea what this did and I am unable to reproduce it as of yet.

its after the 20 low-med step.....then it ramps...so i go from low to med to select brightness and the strobing begins.....about once a second

also something interesting is this from batterystation

Most models now in stock.
120-TW still have a few backorders as they are rare LEDs.
Out of stock orders will be emailed.

A handful of the 100-TW lights have been
capable of 120 lumens and have been programmed as such.

though no names of LED's have been released....this sounds as if the 120 LED is different than the 100's

and from Ra lights if you look at the customization mode the 100 model doesn't have a 120 lumen mode, 140 is the next programable level up:confused:

Yes, that strobing is telling you that it is ready to set position 1 (i.e. low) to the brightness level that you just selected.

If you want to set low to that brightness level, turn it to high to confirm the change. Then turn the light off.

If you want to change position 2 (medium) or position 3 (high), turn the light back to low then back to medium again, the flashlight will now start strobing again, but now you will get 2 blinks per second. That means it is ready to set Position 2. At this point you can set Position 2 by turning to high, or turn to low and then back to medium to select position 3 (high), indicated by 3 blinks per second.

If you go back to low then medium one more time you will get 4 blinks per second. 4 blinks indicates factory reset, if you turn to high on 4 blinks, flashlight will return to default settings.

so you can only set one setting at a time?

i have only been able to get level one and two exactly the same....or 1 and three the same

thanks for your help

Ok, well I have discovered something repeatable.

Remove the battery for 60 seconds to do a reset. Then, reassemble as quickly as possible so that the flashlight reaches the high position before the 2 second reset flash can finish. Now if you unscrew, flashlight will stay on high setting until you pass the low position mark, the flashlight will then blink 6 times.

Wait a minute, I think what I have done is initiate a factory reset and the six blinks are an error code telling me the reset was unsuccessful as I did not wait the required 10 seconds.

I used the have an HDS U60GT and I believe you are correct about the error code. Mine did the same thing when I did not input correctly.
