RaNDOm StRoBE Code help

Hello,
I'm building a custom flashlight driver and want a random strobe mode shown here:

I'm writing for an attiny13a and testing using an arduino.
Any advice, links or code samples to point me along would be great!

Random strobe is usual not very random, but uses a table with 2 to 5 entries for strobe rate.
