RCR123A Voltage

What sort of voltage should the RCR123A be sitting on after re-charging ?

My cheap Li's sit on 4.17

The protected Spiderfires sit on 4.12

And the Ultrafires 4.16

Should the protected cells sit a little lower ?

Li-Ion cells should not go higher than 4.2 volts. Even though your numbers are lower it is better for the battery in the long run. My AW cells always come off my Pila IBC charger at 4.17 volts.
