can i get that? i post now to confirm that this can be done and got for me. keep in mind that i would want it to be down under with me in under a week from order date so i can take it on my trip to Batemans Bay from january 2 thru 15 - might want to cobble together before i order? might be able to put in a deposit before i can pay full amount if that would get it here earlier...

Don, i promise to make good in the $ department - might i suggest shipping the completed torch around 21-23 of december? that way if it takes a week to turn up it will be fine, and a few days more makes it still ok. of course, its your call. thankyou SOOOOOOO much! see the Cheers 'N' Jeers forum!

I'll answer here to avoid more similar requests if possible. I have no idea when I will get the clips. My thought is that once I have them, I will need to make up a jig for drilling and tapping the tailcaps. Ideally, this would be done prior to anodize but it is not necessary. I have no idea of cost or how well any "system" to drill and tap the caps will equate into labor time.

I won't take orders or try to keep track of something I can't currently build and ship. I believe you want this light complete with clip so it is a non order for now. The clips are nothing more than talk and ideas at present. I can't clone the prototype sample so they simply do not exist! Sorry. No problem Don. Are you planning on selling just tailcaps with a clip installed when you do get them as an upgrade? If you can do that I'll take the light now and buy a tailcap with clip when they're ready. Otherwise I'll just sit on my hands for a while.

Mike,
I will most likely offer the tailcap with clip seperately as well as in a build. I would prefer bundling it with a complete switch but I can see where some would want an extra option for the tail "shell" and not need a complete switch. I think the clip will have some good "generic" applications so it will not be limited to "installed only".
