Recommend Watch Opening Tools?

Can anyone recommend some basic watch tools? I'm getting tired of taking my watches in every time I need a battery changed. Plus the last time the girl at the shop slipped with the tool and scratched the back of my watch. Most of the watches have a screw on back. I've found cheap tools on eBay and more expensive ones elsewhere (like a $50 L-G master case opener).

Any recommendations from anyone who changes their own batteries? Thanks.

Yes, that's one of the tools I was looking at. Kind of cheap, eh? I prefer to buy good quality tools without going overboard (kind of like Craftsman tools). Any experience with that particular tool?
