Remington 870 adapter for C3?

I am in the market for a "forend" for my C3 on an 870. Not sure if this is the right forum to pose the question but. . .

Are there any other mounting options that people are familiar with than the Surefire unit? The Surefire forends are quite expensive ($250). I'm just looking for something that will clamp the light on.

Take a look at this mount see if its what your looking for http://www.tacticalshotgunaccessories.com/ati/lightmount.htm I have a Picatinny rail system on my Marine Magnum but they are expensive this looks like a good compromise, besides who's going to ask you how much you paid for the light mount after they hear you rack the action at 2am? lol
