While modding my Rayovac Sportsman Xtreme 3C 4W CREE (removed resistors, changed switch to tactical, replaced XR-E with MC-E, replaced plastic lens with glass filter), I managed to tear the rubber switch cover.
Unfortunately, the rubber switch cover is smaller than the 14mm tailcap covers so readily available everywhere else.
Rayovac doesn't sell parts because their flashlights have lifetime warranties, so I can't get the part from them.
Does anyone know where I can get a replacement cap? (Even a cheaper torch I can salvage a comparable cap from would do.)
The cap in question is about 9-10mm in diameter and about 3mm high.
