I see on the Polarion-USA website that limited quantities are available as the item is soon to be discontinued. Has there been any information released yet on what will be replacing the PH50?

The PH40 and PH50 were going to be phased out in favor of the PH45. It was slated to be a 4700 lumen model, split down the middle between its siblings. It would've offered (in my opinion) the perfect balance of power and runtime. Unfortunately the idea is shelved for now, and as of late the PH50 still looks like it's being phased out. Supposedly the PH45 is being delayed until the middle of next year.

I know all of this because I was on pre-order for a PH45. I wound up getting a PH50 instead, couldn't wait that long.:D

What can be sweeter than burning out the sh... of someone´s eyes at a distance of several hundred feets? :D:D:D
You can´t imagine the power of it untill you have fired it up by yourself:eek:
Comes close to a "Pocket-Anti Aircraft Light"...here called a "Flakscheinwerfer".Outstanding Buildt Quality too!

I do not regret buying both, the PH40 and PH50....

Regards

With the PH45 being pushed back until the middle of next year, I'd say the chances of us ever seeing a compact variable output or divelight are close to zero. Maybe the slower world markets have effected Polarion too.
