You could try searching all thread titles with "civictor", but this may help as well:

According to the above reviews alone, the two lights are very similar with perhaps the Civictor having edge in brightness but the Nuwai being a slightly better thrower.
If I had to pick I would go with a DX light instead.

I think the Civictor may have a version 2 "v2", so you may want to search for that as well in case there are major differences. The above review is for a v1.

If you are thinking of getting one or the other, I would skip both for one with the current generation LEDs. Doulble the output(Or more) for the same runtime, double the runtime for the same output or somewhere in-between.
If I had to pick between either I would go for the Riverrock because I like clickies(Then I would immediately try to swap the Luxeon For a Seoul P4 U-bin for double the output).
