This runtime plot is for a Streamlight Key-Mate that was modified my Lambda to use a LS 1w LED and a "N" size battery. A Radio Shack "N" size alkalline battery was used.

Equipment used is a Extech Mdl 401021 Light Adapter into a Radio Shack 22-805 multimeter with a PC interface that is using Scopeview software (V 1.08).

The vertical axis is in mVDC and is equivalent to one footcandle per mVDC. The horizontal axis is 5 minutes per division.

Be aware that your actual battery milage may vary from that indicated by this runtime plot.

The runtime to 50% max brightness = 36 minutes.

Roy,

I know I don't visit your runtime posts very often and certainly don't say it enough, but I wanted to sincerely Thank You for diligently submitting these most excellent and detailed plots. Yours is a unique contribution and adds yet another dimension, now so clearly defined by your much appreciated efforts, that we can utilize to assist us in making that all-important purchasing decision.

Re: Run-Time Plot - NanoMate

no, really, we mean it.
those plots are incredibly valuable when trying to evaluate and compare lights and save a lot of questions and searching (=time and bandwidth).
an institution like TheLedMuseum or others ...

Re: Run-Time Plot - NanoMate

Oh my! I thought you worked here. Just kidding, Roy. It really gets bad when I look for your run time plot BEFORE a light is offered for sale.

Thanks for the extremely valuable effort!
