These people just amaze me. About a week ago I'd lost my tailcap for my E2e (old style non-clicky). So I just sent them an e-mail with my serial number that just said I lost my tailcap, is it possible to obtain another? and I received a reply a day later saying: " Just give us your address and we'll have one sent out" Sure enough a box arrived today with a brandy-new clicky tailcap. Now THAT'S customer service!
Maybe not the cheapest...maybe not the brightest (led-wise) but it's rare to find a company with such a responsive customer service department.
