Safe hi quality 18650 cells

I'm slowly getting back into flashlights and hopefully have nailed which flashlight I'm getting.
Many years ago I used to use AW brand protected 18650 cells with Pila IBC charger, as from what I read at the time they were the safest quality option to go with. I no longer have either so need to replace.
what is the current go-to protected 18650 cells, the Keeppower seem to get good reviews and are based on Japanese Cell and c.c.t.
what good quality protected 18650 cell would people rocommend, I won't be buying loads so not too worried about value and main priority is safety Andy quality's.

This is more a "where to buy", KP.
It's so important not to buy from Ebay or Amazon, as there's a lot of fakes out there.
If I remember, you are UK based (fill in the where you are bit in your profile, it makes life a lot easier) so you need to look at Ecolux Uk. Norb, the guy that runs the site and also Ampsplus Uk, sells only authentic cells and chargers. I rerely buy from anyone else.
Have a look at his 18650s and see what you reckon.

cool thanks will drop them an email in morning, there so many different brands. Will drop them over an email with details of headlight I have and Elzetta and Malkoff I plan to get and see what beat options are.
