Sanyo NIMH AA's Timeline

Hi all,

Back in 1998 I owned my first set of Varta NIMH AA 1000 or 1100 mAh. I have seen batteries improving their capacities until today where we are looking at AA's with 2700 mAh max.

Can you share your experience as to when (Sanyo for example) began to release its different series? (Timeline)

In other words does anyone remember what year each series came out?

IIRC- 2700s came out about 2 years ago?

Yeah, and I think that 2500`s came out in 2005 whereas 2300`s in late 2003. How about the rest???
