I've got a jasper, they're pretty good for a 5mw greenie, runs on a CR123 and built like a tank. It's right at 4.99mw, lowest 4.90 and highest 5.0mw. They regulate their lasers. I really like mine for use as a presentation laser. You can find them online at jasperlaser.com.
