Hello CFRers. I bummed out, I discovered my SF CN411 A/C plug T120 (8AX) is not working. I know its not the actual charger or the battery because the D/C plug works fine. The red light wont go on basically. I was wondering if anybody has had this problem. I did leave the A/C plug part connected for while into outlet, did notice it did keep it warm. Do you guys think SF will warranty it? Do you guys think it will be safe to use my Dominator 10X A/C plug? Is this LEGO too? Noticed it was the same T120 on SF web site photo but it doest look same as mine, 10X has a two piece plug with the rectangular box looking thing. I accidentally swithed it before it did charge but decided not to mess with it and use correct plug, was not sure of amp. and volts. If anything maybe I just drive to FV to drop off. Thanks Guys.

Good News I just got off the phone with SF CS and they going to send me a replacement CN411 T210 A/C Transformer Plug. They also going to send me a CN211 Batt. Cradle that had the insulation on the wires come apart where it attaches to cradle (by ribbed part). The CS Rep. sounded all serious, but was professional I introduced my self as a flashaholic and SF collector. The only thing was he quickly screened me and asked me for what flashlights the parts were for in case I was lying or something. Stated that he going to send parts, but in the future they were going to have to see why I was having problems if somehow they had to send parts to my address all the time. I told him I would never take advantage of the system and that I appreciated it and would pay for repairs if I had to and that I was not finished buying SF lights.

Kudos again to SF. Received some SF goodness today. I guess I should have called SF in the first place. Called SF yesterday at around 11:30 and received my stuff 22 hrs. later. I was shipped a new CN200 (B65 Batt.) and the T310 (8AX) AC adapter power supply assy.(In:110V 60hz Out:12V DC3000mA max.) the same as my SF Dominator, I guess it the new plug. When I purchased mine like 8 years ago, it came with the T210 (In:120V AC/60Hz/29.4W Out: 12V DC1200mA). I am not a electrical engineerer, but was didnt think it was the same because becuase of the V, mA where different. Can someone explain? Just thought I share.
