SF p103,m103,m113 or p113 where to buy?

This is an older weapon light for the sig p220 with euro type rail, the newer lights do not fit it. Anyone have any idea where I can get one of these? Many online retailers have them on their website on older pages but DO NOT actually have them anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would ring surefire themselves if they have some, they probably do.
They might also be able to help you with possible alternatives.
