Simple Mag mods ?

i have a 3d maglite sitting here infront of me - i was just wondering if anyone had any simple mods to make it brighter or convert it to Led (luxeon)
i would prefer to go with a 5watt Luxeon mod - the only problem being that i am in australia - its hard to get parts without a credit card - is there anyone in Aus that has the bits i need to do these mods ?

The Hotlips heatsink by Hotbeam is a must for this mod. And if memory serves me correctly he is in Australia. I have a TWOK on a hotlips in a 3D. Very happy.
