i do understand the glow power/epoxy concept. and i do understand there has to be a cutaway for tritium, but does is have to stay in the vial? i think it does.... how does it fit in the cutouts, are they designed for a certain size vial or something. sounds very cool! it would be nice to find my lights in the dark and not worry about having them exposed to light.

can't you make it a paste like it used to be on watch hands? i would think the paste then epoxy over setup would be good for tritium.

You just get the right-size vial for where you want to instal it, and epoxy the vial in place (using clear epoxy). Do NOT break open the sealed vial, or the tritium gas will escape and be lost.

Absolutely. It will stop working immediately if it gets out of the vial.

You find/make a groove that is big enough to set the traser in.
