Solar Charger for Stinger Batteries.

Are there any elctronics math wizards that can tell me if this should work for a SL Stinger charging cradle?

Simply connect solar pannel leads to car charger. Make sure polarity is correct and solar pannel has output of 15 volts at 0.2 Amp or more.
