Just received some of these to replace the crenelated rings on all of my Solarforce and G&P heads. What I found may be of some help to those that want to do the same.
It appears that the rings from these two heads have the same thread pitch but are slightly different in outside diameter as well as inside diameter. While all original black alloy rings seem to fit both heads with no issues, the Solarforce S/S replacement rings fit the Solarforce heads quite well but do not fit reliably in the G&P heads. These rings seem a little loose in the Sforce heads but work and stay in place......while in the G&P heads they either slip or become wedged at a wrong angle. I guess that because S/S does not work too well with alloy, the rings were made slightly smaller.....while this is still ok for the Sforce heads they are not reliable in the G&P heads......So, if you have anything other than the Solarforce head, you may be disappointed in the fit of these rings.
