One of the original Moddoo clear/narrow optic 3-mode drop-ins paired w/ well with a Forest green WF-503B
This is the 3-Mode w/ Memory
3X Cree R2 & tint is WG,..very white
Nearly 600 Lumens on High
*This Moddoo Triple used only a AW 18650 and has not been on High of more than 5 minutes at any one time.
I mainly used Med. & Low.

Copper added to further enhance heatsinking & chassis contact,..this is a very solid set.

A strong NovaTac Low-Profile clip finishes the unit.

Well over 500lm on High, huge amount of light..:devil:
Low & Med. are very useful levels

I believe this is correct:
Low= 150mA
Med= 900mA
High= 2.5A

The difference between the two versions is .3A on High

Mine in a similar 6P type host made 560ish OTF As tested by MrGman.


I will add that since these things run a 2.8A on high it is good to have low and med. They are super bright and how they manage to fit all those R2's in such a tiny design makes it a true work of art.

This P60 drop-in still holds the recored for the highest OTF lumens for a 6P type hosts. Even brighter than SST-50 DD. (6P hosts, not Fivemega 3C)

Hi, I am not very clear. Are you just selling the drop-in or does it come with the host? If with the host, what host is the Forest 503B? Never heard of Forest, is this similiar to those selling at Dx or is it a surefire? :wave:

The price is for the entire light,
the AW 18650 battery would be extra.
...Forest is just to describe the color on the 503B

This is a good price if it comes with the host. Is the host a bored Surefire 6P or something else? What tailcap comes with the package?

Believe me when I say the fit and finish is well above average,
& I'v handled several P60 hosts..:thumbsup:

I added to the first post that this Moddoo Triple only used a AW 18650 cell
and never used on High for more than 5 minutes at a time.
Mainly used Med. & Low

This is from Moddoos' original page,.. you can go up to 6V
Best to use the highest quality cells on high Amp draw units.

It's the standard 3 drops of silicone glue, I didn't request loose optic.
From my understanding, its still removable & user replaceable..
