Like-new. I bought it second hand as NIB. I carried it once, almost took my thumb off, cleaned it and put it back in the box.
Amazing wave-action. Includes the Wiseman Signet ring that makes it like a Karambit. Excellent retention and lightning quick deployment
The ring was installed when I bought it, I put the original backspacer back on but the whole experience wasn't my cup of tea.
Note: in the first pic, the ring is just under the knife to see how it looks. It's not currently installed.
It's not too bad to install the ring, but if it's a deal breaker for you, I'll install it for your before I ship it.
Edge has no marks, dings or wear and has the factory fresh scary-sharp Spyderco serrated edge.
Pocket clip is installed on the reverse side, has no noticable wear on it.
