except that this one is more muscular, sort of a medieval gladiator look.
Blact mag 2c host was cut down & re-threaded to 1C, stripped to bare naked aluminum,
Mag kirlings were removed to become a smoothie & then Re-anodized to Brass.
It's then slotted, dimpled & tear dropped all over, sort of the Fred/Photonfenetic style.
The switch is modified as a drop-in host, with positive/negative contact,
instead of the more common hard wire approach.
A uniquique drop-in is made by joining a Cree Q5 P60 Module with a large Aluminum OP reflector to form a FiveMega style Bi-focal reflector but deeper. The larger Aluminum OP reflector also serves as the heat sink, allow teh module to run cooler, teherfore brighter.
The Bi-focal deep reflector connects in a way that both reflector's focal point unite to give a beam as if it's from a single deep reflector:
The beam is as flawless as it can be, no Cree rings what's so ever.
It doesn't have the blue rim around the hot spot as shown in photo.
Zoom in to the hot spot, you can see there's really no "blue circle' surrounding the hot spot.
the spot has surefire E2DL level of perfection on white wall, not a small task to achieve for a Cree.
The p60 Module is rated 200 lumens but the BI-focal reflector making it much brighter than trypical cree p60 drop-in.
It's well regulated, appears similar brightness running 1 Li-ion, 2x123 Primary or 2xRCR123.
This is not your typical daily Mag 1C, it is priced at $125
PP fee & Shipping Add $9. US only.
A black battery sleeve is included to use 2x123 Primary or 2xRCR123. (Batteries not included)
Posting I'll take it has priority over PM.
Thanks for looking
