Spyderco Mini Camp knife?

Ran across this today, it looks very similiar to my Spyderco Spin. It doesnt have the typical spyderco round hole, but kinda has the comet shaped hole of their byrd line. Although this one seems more triangular. I cant seem to find any information on it anywhere and am wondering if its a real Spyderco.



ANybody else ever seen this?
