I dunno, I think it's the seemingly inexpensive nature of this, that gets you spending a lot of money before you know it. Other stuff you think about it more, because you are sinking a lot of money up front. Here it's $20 here, $5 there, $50 over there, before you know it, $500 is gone.:

I use to buy guns. Last count I'm at 27. . $500 is one Glock 19. Just as an off the cuff calculation 400*27 = $10,800 + ~140 magazines + 35,000 rounds of ammo. . . . . . .

Flashlights are a MUCH cheaper hobby!

Yeah, I hate this site too. I haven't been on long, and I'm already a few hundred bucks in the hole.

Until I found this site, I was perfectly happy with my collection of Maglites.
