Stinger LED problem

I have a streamlight stinger LED that I use as a duty light. I've been off for about a week and haven't charged my light. Last night the flashlight would only come on after two or three clicks of the switch. I put it on the charger and it seems to be working. Is it a battery problem or a switch problem? I have to have a reliable light and need to get this issue addressed so it doesn't happen at an inopportune time.

Streamlight has a good warranty (in my experience), so I'd hit them up for a repair/replacement.

Sounds like a battery problem. If it is still under warranty contact SL.

Nicad batteries do self discharge. If it was fully charged and after two weeks it was dead, then it needs a new battery.
