this one looked familiar.. i'd still prefer the experts to confirm it sucks tho.. http://www.armynavyshop.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=rc318&Category_Code=lithium-flashlights

this one.. simply looks interesting.. cheap, but interesting.. http://www.armynavyshop.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=rc317&Category_Code=lithium-flashlights

just thought i'd share.. (i stumbled across them 'cause the site also deals Surefire at outrageous prices, and Pelican lights)

I don't know anything about either of those lights, so I really couldn't say if they suck or not. What I will point out, is that the prices aren't that great. Why risk $50+ on a no-name light when you could get a Streamlight Scorpion for around $36 or a Surefire G2 for around $32? These are both proven lights from great companies.

Re: Stumbled Across Some Lithium Lights.. Probly S

the first one looks just like a 2x123 version of the donor MrBulk used for his Baby Pins ... go ask Charlie about it!

teh second one I do not recognize ...

The second light appears to be a camo version of the first one.

They look like the same cheap lights cheaperthandirt.com carries. In the mod forum a modder bought a bunch for around $22ea.

Like another poster said, buy a scorpion or G2 instead or atlest find a better price. Ebay comes to mind.

yeah.. i wasn't planning on buying them.. i've gotta save money just to get a G2.. i'm relying on Christmas bounty to extend my flashlight family. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

i just know ppl look for them for mods and such, and i figure i'd put it into the CPF public..

when i get a G2 i'm planning on dealing with TTS.. it's the best price i've found.

I would be patient and try the b/s/t here, G2's come up for sale often.

If you can save a little more I'd get the TL-2($49), or for $10 more you get a much better value in the TL-3.

i don't know if i have the patience.. *lol* /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ohgeez.gif
maybe i should change my major! that way i'd have more time to work and buy flashlights! no i'm delirious.
i found a better price for the TL2 on TTS also.. so it will be tempting..
i'll have to do some research and compare the G2 and TL2 head to head.
