I'm looking at using a 4s 18650 and a 2s 18650 battery pack in 2 different flashlights I'm building. I welded up the batteries tonight (FYI you can just yank the button tops off of trustfire 2400mAh cells, just double stick tape and a skinny welded lead holding it on. Hit the heat shrink on the cell with some hot air to make it look neat again. Presuming it works with other button top cells also) And the next logical step would be to be able to charge the batteries, so I'm looking for a charger.

requrements:

-1S (or 2S works too) to 6S or more Li-Ion capable for future expansion

-Currently for 18650s so 2.5A max charge current is enough, but more preferred for futurproofing again

-110v 60hz input preferred, 12v in addition to 110 is a bonus and I could deal with 12v only as a supply

- Must be a balancing charger, needs to use a commonly available connector, I.E. I can get them from digikey, mouser, newark and other US suppliers. JST HR connectors are available there so those are fine, and seemingly pretty common

-Also capable of charging LiFe, nickle and Pb chemistries would be a nice plus.

-Accuracy, no real metric here, just accurate enough to not abuse my cells, even if i have to calibrate it, I have a calibrated 6 digit multimeter availabe to me, so calibrating one isnt an issue.

I'm seeing a lot of different asian made chargers of various apparent shadyness, and it seems too hard to judge without having laid hands on one in person.

This one has caught my eye, But I'd certainly like more then once choice.
