I have both 10x, M6 and 9AN but I'm not a LEO. My usage might be very different from LEO or night shift professionals.

However, 9AN is not designed as spotlight. You might not be too happy on its effect for over 100 yards. Of course, M6 and 10X could handle it easily.

I am a L.E.O. from Indiana. I am hoping someone has compared both the surefire 10x (Rechargeable) and the Surefire M6. Would someone tell me which would be more useable for Law Enforcment use on Night Shift - and which is more powerful? Both lights are listed at $250ea.
