Hello CPF
Are there no more C3s in hard anodized version on the free market?
Since when are they discontinued? And if I had the choice, would a C2
disappoint me in a way? Small size? Shorter runtime? Any experiences about this?

The C3 has become very hard to find in stores. When surefire slashes prices everything flew off the shelves.
I like both the C2 &C3.
2 is more compact, easier pocket carry.
3 feels much better in hand.

Be careful about the one listed right now. The picture lists a HAIII C3, but the description states : MODEL # C3-BK.

If you want a HAIII, make sure it's the one pictured, not the black version.

Yea, I saw two of them listed that way. Picture of a C3-HA and listing description saying it was a C3-BK. All too common listing trick. Along with showing a picture of multiple items (lights, speakers, dishes, whatever) and cleverly stating the listing is for ONE.
