I was switching around parts to match colors, and thought this might be helpful in case anyone was worried:
The glass is almost 3mm thick. It doesn't look like it from the outside due to light refraction, but this is a pretty solid chunk of stuff. Much thicker than any of my "good" Chinese flashlights. I guess I can now carry my E1E in my pocket without worrying. Maybe.
