Surefire G2 Nitrolon Clone!!!

I don't know who JRich is but he better have a good lawyer, that is a blantant ripoff of surefire's product. If I was surefire I would target things like this. I frown on products like these.

Blatant cloning, right here in the good old US of A.

The site has a BBB seal; must be a fake, too.

That thing looks exactly like a G2. And they even call it...the G2. :fail:

Go get 'em SF. :whoopin:

Well...the difference is actually more than a couple of bucks. The cheapest G2 I can find is still around $40 bucks.

Perhaps you have some connections you can share?

You can find G2's on ebay for 30-35bucks or on MP.

Thanks, but I'm not a bidder. I fight with people all day at work; I don't want to have to do that when I buy stuff too.

There's a Solarforce light as well being called the J-Rich Solarforce CREE LED Flashlight... after googling some more I found a manufacturer claiming to be the originator of the J-Rich line HERE

China doesn't recognize copyright/design infringement :candle:

Wow!!!!!!!

This JRich Xenon looks brighter than P91 :nana: hahaha

look out

These are probably make in China/HK like most other airsoft accessory products and they couldn't care less about Surefire or their lawyers.

It's for hobbyists to put on their replica guns, not a Surefire replacement. I doubt anyone is going to get confused..

You'd be surprised...

I ran into a $60 (Buy It Now) Scoutlight on eBay that could only have been a clone, but the place was going out of their way to not admit that it's a replica. :fail:

I'd probably have bought it at the time to bore out for 17670, if they admitted it was a cheap knockoff (and therefore expendable).

Edit: huh, you're right that the JRich Xenon is brighter than the P91 - I must have one. 420 torch lumens just is not enough for a combatlight, IMHO. :D

What does the patent cover? The Surefire bodies have "US Patent" engraved on. Would be this patent covered internationaly by the Paris Convention?

the Z41 forward momentary / twisty / LOTC, with switch innards that do not fall out is patented. This was what sank Pentagon.
A list of Paul Kims patents are in the PK site linked in my sig.
