Firstly, sorry if this has been asked 1000000 before.I did several searches but the more i read the more confused i became.my uncle left me his g2 nitrolon which is fitted with a p60 6v lamp. Its a great liitle light, but uses batteries very quickly.what [if any] are the recommended rechargables for this light. Two 3v are what i would have thought, but did read somewhere they arnt suitable. Thanks for any help.
Cheers David

The p60 won't work with rechargeables reliably. But you can however get bulbs that will work with rechargeables batteries, if you screw open the head you'll find a lamb assemply in there which is called a D26 sized assembly(26mm in width so D26).

You have an option of running a 3.7V D26 LA like the ones here:

Using 1X 17670 battery:

Or you can run a 9V D26 LA:

Using 2X RCR123 batteries

Although if you want to run the EO-9 you need to use IMR16340s.

If the incan P60 is hogging up batteries you can also get a P60L for about $20 on CPFMP and it will give you a longer running time than the P60. Some will say the Nitrolon is not a good heat sink, but will be fine if you use your light is short bursts and not for an extended time.
