SUREFIRE KL4 ON A E2e BODY???

I just received a KL4 led head but I don't have any other body to put it on, I do have an early 4 flat sided E2e body with twisty tail cap.

It's ok to use the KL4 on this body or should I get another original L4 body and tailcap?

The E2e body is perfectly ok. It is, in fact, the same as the L4 body except for the lettering.

The stock L4 and the E2e series use the very same body tube and switch.
