Last night I dropped my E1B Backup off a friends 2nd floor deck.
I don't know the height, 10-12 feet maybe. It landed on gravel and cracked the lens!
Must have just land on the wrong angle.
It just doesn't seem to be that high of a fall to crack the lens. I was totally shocked when I picked it up.
I've carried this everyday since the beginning of the year and love it.
Now being a Canadian and hearing about $80 dollar brokerage fees from Surefire using UPS, I don't know if I'll send it back. I might just throw it in a drawer and forget about it.
Here's the pic, not all the scratches are from this fall by the way. It's fallen many time onto my ceramic floor. Scratches every time.
