Hey guys how easy is it to change out the bulb (MN10) on a Surefire M500a weapon light?

Unscrew head, remove bulb by grasping the spring and withdrawing the bulb. Replace with bulb of choice. Job done.

Okay from the bottom right? Just pull it out? Sounds easy enough.

Once you've unscrewed the head, look in the 'back' of the head (ie the side away form the glass).

You'll see two springs, one inside the other. These are both part of the lamp assembly. Grasp the springs and pull the bulb towards you. It can only come one way, and it slides out easily.
