Surefire Saint owners

Hey guys and gals. Anyone with a Saint? I got one recently after owning the Minimus. Picked up the Saint on sale 20% off. Anyway Im having a little issue with the battery pack cord. If I bump the cord sometimes power cuts out.

Does this happen to you? Do you have that problem? Sometimes I rotate the on switch and it turns on but then shuts off. So i have to reset the switch and turn it on again. I dont think it is the Saint unit cause I swapped the battery pack to my minimus. The light rotates better in the housing in my minimus.

I have had it such that there were loose springs in my battery pack itself. They did not provide sufficient tension to the batteries when used as 1x-3x123 so if they were bumped the light would flicker on and off. Surefire replaced the battery pack for me in a jiffy and it's been perfect since.

hmm Im using 2xAA in mine and I notice it is the wire coming out of the saint power end cap. Not the battery pack side.
