Surefires!

Help Support Candle Power:

There was also a blue gun M4 carbine with a silencer, rail system and a mini Scoutlight mounted to it. Someone else at the convention had a real M4 with a SF Scoutlight mounted on it but it was a different booth.

I saw that when I first picked it up. The SF Rep mentioned its the new LED forend. Pretty much a LX2 mounted on the front.

Wait, what's this about a mini Scoutlight? Is it just a Scout body with a replacement for the venerable KL-4, or is this something else entirely? From the corner of the pic, it really looks like a new bezel and body, something in one cell.

You can see part of it in the photo with the Vampire. All I know is that it looks like a E1B with a Scoutlight tailcap and a mount attached to the body.

If SureFire remain consistent it'll be the M300x "Mini" ScoutLight based on the MH30 Mini ScoutLight Housing Body.
Quite what x will be I'm not sure. Perhaps it'll start with A?
It certainly looks like an E1B bezel but just like the KX2C I doubt it'll be a dual output version.
If I had to guess I'd go for it being a KX1C bezel and M300C.

I was thinking of weapon mounting my E1B. Just use my VTAC light mount, which accommodates E-series lights. but I think the mount light be too long.

Thanks! Had no idea what the name for the light was.

I honestly can't see why they would.

They haven't discontinued the Incan 6P's, C2's etc.

So hopefully they wouldn't be silly enough to get rid of one of their most ingenious lights!
