TAD Gear Pen, Rotring 600 Rollerball

It is a demo pen for TAD gear's pen tube, I would like to know what kind of instrument this is.

My guess is it is not a pen, but a really nice telescoping magnetic pickup tool.

Meant to post the result of this thread but I have been very busy with school.

So here it is, I ended up getting the Rotring 600 0.5mm Mechanical Pencil.

Looks just like the roller, but I believe thats the fountain lol...

And btw yeah its of the "old" 600 series, not the newer newton 600s. Unfortunately those knurls command a higher price. I really want an old 600 silver ballpoint, they'll accept a parker gel refill.

Rotrings are nice, German-made pens. But the click mechanisms on their ballpoints feel flimsy.
