If they're not a dealer/member here, there's a good chance that they don't have a discount for forum members. The best place to check is the Marketplace. In my opinion, I would rather pay the dealer price and support a small operation like TAD. If I want a discount, I'll go to a dealer that sells cheaper in the first place, and there are many.
The area to check or to inquire would be the Dealers' Corner in the MarketPlace.
