I think that the A2 and L1 share the same Z60 tailcap? (correct me if I am wrong).
I don't think they changed the tailcap in the new Cree version. I do not know about any other tailcaps that would work with an L1/A2.

You're wrong...

The Z60 is the Lanyard Kit for the Z62 two-stage push button pressure switch TailCap.

The Z62 is used by the A2, L1 & L2.

The new L1 features the same Z62.

SureFire does not offer any other TailCap options for the A2, L1 & L2.

Thanks for clearing this up. I would welcome a clicky option for the A2 (but I don't know how that would work with 2 stages...).

SureFire have been there, tried that. It works okay but not very KISS. No production plan.
