Morelite is right, thats not the marketplace and it would
be against the rules. My last thread (Beadbomb) was deleted for
that reason. :(

@gollum

Many thanks ;)

There is another project in the pipeline but the next months...

Mine arrived a few days ago, the design and quality are up there with the best of them. The many small holes works really well, and the trit is at least as visible as my Krypto-Lite Chinese Lantern. It feels very solid since it's all one piece too. It is quite a bit bigger than the Krypto-Lite, I can take a photo if anyone's interested. Anyway, thanks Toby!

Geeze. I wish there had been some kind of announcement in this thread that there was a sales thread for these over at the martketplace. All are already sold. :sigh:

I can't figure out how to PM Toby. When I click on his name it doesn't give me PM option. Hunting bead bombs.

If you countersunk the holes, would it be easier to create a positive meniscus in the clear epoxy or NOA to intensify the tritium glow?

that is an idea, but no need to do more titanium work methinks...

take a plastic strip roll it up and stick inside, let it unroll and expand

dump in the norland, cure it, rotate, repeat until all holes filled

then get a high speed cutter, grinder, and polisher and bore the center
out [to remove the plastic inner sleeve if it doesn't come out clean]. presto, lots of
clear light pipes in the holes, polish to perfection.

in fact I might try that if I can get some drill press time and appropriate sized cutters

That sounds off a lot of work for no noticeable effect IMO.
The best way is to take not a beadblasted one and a bright
glowing tritiumcolor...(like green or iceblue)
