All M2R are capable of running 20700 4000mAh cells if you just simply pull out the center sleeve. Only sided switch will work.

WOW those Emisars! Absolutely gorgeous! I just can't do it to myself though now. But HUBBA HUBBA!!!!

How does it handle that much output in a plastic body? IIRC ~300lm pushes it in the Nitrolon Surefires. TBH, I wouldn't mind a 50% decrease in output on such a light. BUT an 18650 compatible plastic-fantastic sounds like a very good idea..... Should have grabbed a couple with my last Illumn order!

What is the tailcap/switch like on the Nextorch?

What is your overall impression of the host, say compared to a Surefire G2 Nitrolon?

The "Battery Vampire P60vn" would be a great addition to your P60vn lineup.... just sayin' :twothumbs

How many lumens out a Lil Vortex p60vn would you estimate?

How does it handle that much output in a plastic body? Drop in gets hot of course but I know the parts can handle it fine. I ran it non stop 2 cycle already with no issue. As I mention before the electronics can handle heat way more than our hands can. And the drop in was hot but not anywhere near dangerously hot.

What is the tailcap/switch like on the Nextorch? Its alright. It works but a bit stiff and the audible click is not very satisfying. The plastic host is alright too. Nothing to write home about.

What is your overall impression of the host, say compared to a Surefire G2 Nitrolon? IMO plastic host better float. If it doesn't float then its a fail. I need to drop this thing in water to see if it does that. Another advantage I see with a plastic host is for electricians. One less shorting tool risk. The G2 is a bit nicer from memory but at the end of the day plastic feels cheap and that's that.

The "Battery Vampire P60vn" would be a great addition to your P60vn lineup.... just sayin' Yes I am looking into more vampire drain circuit. But then who really needs a vampire drain 18650? Who is trying to kill a 18650? Perhaps a vampire 2*CR123A makes more sense? :twothumbs

My beloved Lab Sharpei mix Lucy who's 16 year's old was diagnosed today with Leukemia. Sad day very sad! She is our child.

Sorry to hear that, Saber. Like the people in our lives, our sweet pets are blessing to us for a given amount of time and God is in control of all of it. Some tough decisions to be made in the days to follow. I'll be praying for you guys.

Give that baby lots of the most unhealthy tasty treats you can imagine before you put her down. Anything she liked to try to sneak and eat. I had to put down a19 year old rotty a few years back and if he didn’t eat 40 bologna biscuits that morning he didn’t eat one. Sorry you have to go through it. It’s rough.

For a few years, before my best friend passed away, I daily walked his Chihuahua and his Pomeruahua (Chihuaranian?) at the courthouse square. I learned many things from pets, but the one thing that I like to remind myself of: Animals always start each moment fresh. No holding on to recent or distant past, and no maneuvering to control the future. They are are always happy in the now moment. Also, I worked for four years at a girls' residential treatment center, for court-ordered extreme high risk girls; they have a horse program. The girls would be in a full spectrum of moods and behaviors, but the horses were always in a good mood. Without having the need for staff to point it out to them, the girls learned that the horses never yelled out any excuses to be in a bad mood.

I am saddened that you and her will be separated for a while. In the fullness of time, God will join you and her in perfect union.
