Thickness of Cree XP-E 8mm MCPCB?

Wayne, what is the thickness of your Cree XP-E 8mm diam round MCPCB? I have an application that is moderately sensitive to the LED die height, so I need to estimate where the die will sit once the XP-E is reflow soldered to the MCPCB. Thank you.
