Does anyone know if there is a different size resistor used between the A9 & the A8?
I'm now direct driving my A9 at 1.2 amps of an 18650 fully charged battery however the low stage seems to be weaker probabaly because the A9 was best suited to two cr123a's, and I imagine the A8 would have a resisror that lets a little bit more current through?
On low mode with an 18650 I'm getting 100ma of current draw, however I'd like to have low mode drawing about 350ma, what size resister would I need to use?? I dont know how to calcuate this. Or should I order an A8 tail cap instead?
